Claims

Claim Cash amount PAID within 48 hours
If claim documents are received before 10H00 morning, claim is paid same working day at 15H00 otherwise paid the next working day 15H00, please note that Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not considered working days.
Instituted claim (s) older than 6 months ( 180 days ) cannot and shall not be paid.

Free Repatriation of mortal remains

When a listed members death occurs more than 100 km from their normal place of residence or place of burial irrespective of where the death occurred, or where the burial will take place, provided that the repatriation is within the RSA Borders. Repatriation is only available with the Liberty Life and the Safrican products.

Society and Group

Society Funeral Assitance Cash Plans – Ten members can be listed on one aplication form and each will be covered as per the Main / Principal member selected cover amount

Group Scheme – For family, single, single parent and extended family members

Entry age must be from 18 years to less than 75 years
